We hold to the core truths of the gospel of Jesus Christ, foundational to our bilingual church in Barcelona.
The Bible
We believe the Bible is the inspired and flawless Word of God. We recognize only the Bible as scripture. It carries absolute authority in all that it teaches and applies to every part of life—both for individuals and for the church as a whole, including our Christian community in Barcelona (2 Timothy 3:16–17; 2 Peter 1:21; John 10:35).
God
We believe in one true God who exists eternally as three persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Everything in existence was made by Him and for His glory (Deuteronomy 6:4; Isaiah 45:21–22; Matthew 28:19; Colossians 1:16).
Jesus Christ
We believe Jesus Christ is God the Son, who became fully human. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, lived a sinless life, died on the cross to take the place of all sinners, rose again on the third day, and ascended to heaven, where He now reigns at the right hand of the Father (John 1:1,14; Matthew 1:18–25; 2 Corinthians 5:21; 1 Peter 3:18; 1 Corinthians 15:3–4; Hebrews 10:12–13).
The Holy Spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit was sent by the Father and the Son to make people aware of sin, righteousness, and judgment. He gives new life, lives in all who follow Jesus, and marks them as God’s own. He also empowers them to live as witnesses for Christ and equips them with spiritual gifts for service in our evangelical church in Barcelona (John 14:16–17; John 16:7–11; Titus 3:5–6; Romans 8:9; Ephesians 1:13–14; Acts 1:8; 1 Peter 4:10–11).
Humanity
We believe God created people—male and female—in His image, with equal value and dignity. He made them without sin, calling them to reflect His character in the world (Genesis 1:26–28; Ephesians 5:22–6:4; 1 Timothy 3:1–7).
Sin and Salvation
Because of sin, every person is separated from God and in need of rescue. Jesus Christ is the only Saviour. We are saved by grace alone, through faith alone, in Him alone. Everyone who calls on His name will be saved and receive eternal life (Romans 3:10, 23; Romans 5:18–19; John 14:6; Acts 4:12; Ephesians 2:8–9; Romans 10:9).
The Church
We believe in one global Church made up of people from every background who believe in Jesus. Every local church, including our vibrant Christian community in Barcelona, is a part of this larger body. We affirm the spiritual unity of all believers in Christ (Ephesians 4:4; 1 Corinthians 12:12–13; Revelation 5:9; Acts 2:42–47).
The Return of Christ
We believe Jesus Christ will return to earth one day to complete God’s plan of redemption and establish His eternal kingdom (Jude 1:14; Revelation 19:11–16; Revelation 20:4).
Eternal Life
We believe in the resurrection of the dead. Believers will rise to eternal life with God, while those who reject Him will face eternal separation (Daniel 12:2; John 5:25–29; Revelation 21:1–22:5).

Dominic and Daina from Latvia met at Morning Star Church in Riga, Latvia, where they were also wedded. They have two young-adult children: Aaron and Tiffany.
After serving for a couple of years as assistant pastor of three House of God churches in Riga, Jurmala, and Kuldiga, Dominic felt called to establish a new bilingual church, specifically Good Hands Church in Riga. Soon after, the Lord guided the family to Catalonia, Spain, to plant and nurture new evangelical churches while also caring for the Lord’s lambs.
Dominic, a gifted speaker fluent in seven languages, holds a Master’s degree in Translation.
He served as the pastor at Pentecostal International Church in Barcelona and actively ministered in various churches throughout Catalonia. His passion for outreach led him to preach one-on-one in public places, on the streets, along beaches, near nightclubs, on trains, in schools, and workplaces, contributing to the vibrant Christian community in Barcelona.
Daina earned her Bachelor’s degree in Theology from the Latvian Christian Academy (Latvijas Kristīgā Akadēmija).
She is blessed with several gifts of the Spirit, using them to serve the church alongside her husband.
Now, led by the Lord, they have planted Hebron Hill International Church in Barcelona, an evangelical church that will serve as a hub for gathering the Lord’s sheep, where they teach, bless, and care for God's people.
